Walton Heath Golf Club
The Old Course opened for play in May 1904 and is one of the finest examples of heathland golf, which so closely resembles the traditional seaside links courses, out of a jungle of heather, gorse and bracken. Walton Heath has hosted a Ryder Cup and numerous European PGA Tour events.
Hindhead Golf Club
Hindhead Golf Club was founded in 1904 by a small group of golfing enthusiasts which included Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, who became the Club's first President. Each member of the first Triumvirate – J H Taylor, J Braid and H Vardon have walked these fairways and legendary TV commentator Peter Alliss is a life member and lives a 9 iron away from the 16th fairway.
Woking Golf Club
A unique heathland golfing challenge, where the player is frequently treated to grand views, as the rise and fall of an interesting topography unfolds, enhancing an architecture which, over the last century, has influenced the thinking of many course designers. Visitors may be surprised by its pronounced "inland links" character, especially in the months May to October.
