Laem Chabang International Country Club
A sensational 27-hole Jack Nicklaus golf resort and probably the best course in the Pattaya area and in the top five courses in Thailand. The three nines, Mountain, Lake and Valley courses, offer different challenges.
Mountain Shadow Golf Club
This Ronald Fream layout is covered with a variety of flora that blooms at different times of the year. The par-3, 17th is one of the most stunning holes in Thailand when in full bloom. The course is beautifully manicured, and features many great doglegs.
St Andrews 2000 Golf Club
A par 74 course that is possibly the most creative and entertaining course in Thailand. Features include waterfalls best of all two mind boggling par 6's at 878 and 861 yards. This is a course you will never forget and just has to be played at least once.
Khao Kheow Golf Club
A 27-hole Pete Dye course with an island green similar to the 17th at Sawgrass. Fairway mounding, plenty of bunkers and water set against a beautiful mountain backdrop makes a round here an unforgettable experience and a 'must play' course on any visit to the Pattaya area.
Sights / Activities
Khao Pattaya
To get a great panoramic view of the area around Pattaya, make your way down to Khao Pattaya. This small hill to the south of Pattaya has great views. It is also home to a very sacred Buddha image, and is well worth the journey.
Diving
If you wish to learn to scuba dive, or want a refresher course, Pattaya is perfect. The visibility is good all year round, and it is only a short distance to the majority of the local dive sites.
