Orcas (or Killer Whales) are residents in the local Pacific Ocean Waters around Victoria and Vancouver Island. Whale sightings are particularly spectacular between May and September and you often encounter other large whales such as Minke, Humpback and Grey Whales. Whale watching tours are approximately 3 hours in length
