Gulf Harbour Country Club

Venue of the 1998 World Cup of Golf with spectacular ocean front holes that are framed by the sparkling water of the Hauraki Gulf. Located on the Whangaparaoa Peninsula, just north of Auckland and meanders through native grasses and vegetation and has a natural look and feel from start to finish.

Titirangi Golf Club

Just 20 minutes from downtown Auckland, Titirangi is consistently rated in New Zealand's top five courses. Designed by Alister MacKenzie, who also designed Augusta National, it is the only MacKenzie course in New Zealand. A must play for any golf enthusiast.

Muriwai Golf Club

Get away from it all on this true links style course situated in a protected bird sanctuary. All you’ll hear are the call of the native birds and the sound of the surf breaking on the beach. With breathtaking views of the Tasman Sea and surrounding forests this is the way the game was meant to be played.

Our Auckland golf package is a self-drive holiday which includes 5-days rental of a Toyota Highlander car, or similar model. A rental car gives you the independence to arrive and leave the golf course on your own terms, as well as explore Auckland city and the surrounding area on non-golfing days.

This five-night golf break includes three rounds of golf at conveniently located golf clubs; Gulf Harbour Country Club, Titirangi Golf Club and Muriwai Golf Club. Gulf Harbour Golf Club lies on the the Whangaparaoa Peninsula, just 40-minutes drive north of downtown Auckland. It was designed in 1997 by famed architect, Robert Trent Jones Jr and hosted the World Cup of Golf in 1998. The surrounding native grass and vegetation give the course a very natural feel and enhance the magnificent sea views and superb vistas of the Hauraki Gulf.

Titirangi Golf Club is the only Alister MacKenzie designed Golf Club in New Zealand. Founded in 1909, it is currently ranked 7th in NZ/UK top 100 golf courses, making it on it one of New Zealand’s must-play-courses. Located in a beautiful bushland setting, between the lower slopes of the Waitakere Ranges and Manukau Harbour, every hole offers the ideal balance of risk and reward.

The final course in this golf break is Muriwai Golf Club and it won’t disappoint. Located about 15 minutes north-west of downtown Auckland, it is the regions’ only authentic Links course. Offering breathtaking views of the Tasman Sea and surrounded by forests, this course truly put you in touch with nature and offers an opportunity to get away from the hustle and bustle of life.
