Designed by Robert Trent Jones this is one of the continent’s toughest challenges. If you can put aside the size of the green fee this is a real ‘must play’ course. Visitors are welcome but must book in advance.
Arguably the most dramatic of the three La Cala courses and in keeping with La Cala's spectacular location the course provides some breathtaking holes with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. A feature of the course is the Ojen river which comes into play on no less than eight holes.
After being redesigned in 2002, the south course has re-established itself as a first class course. It is a pleasurable test of golf that meanders through mature flora and its two signature holes both play up to the beach near the hotel, where hotel residents can start their round.

Known as ‘The Rock’, Gibraltar is located at the southernmost tip of the Iberian Peninsula, where Europe meets Africa, and offers breathtaking scenery. Visit the top of the rock and take in the incredible views of the port over 400m below or explore "The Great Siege Tunnels" and the 30 miles of road inside the rock.
One of the jewels of the Costa del Sol is the beautiful little mountainside village of Mijas. A perfect choice for a day away from the golf course, you can wander through the narrow cobbled streets, pick up a few arts and crafts souvenirs or just soak up the atmosphere and the views of the coastal towns 7 km’s down the mountain side.
