The Island Golf Club

Guinness Brewery

A must for lovers of the ‘black stuff’. The Guinness Brewery, or the Storehouse as it is known, was originally built in 1904 to house the fermentation process. Modelled on a giant pint glass, stretching up from reception on the ground floor to The Gravity Bar in the sky. this giant pint would hold approximately 14.3 million pints of Guinness if filled.

Kenmare

Only 6km from Ring of Kerry Golf Club, Kenmare is a vibrant and picturesque town offering a wealth of restaurants, pubs, shops and traditional live music. Often referred to as the "gourmet capital of Ireland", its spectacular setting, between the Ring of Kerry and the Beara Peninsula, is unsurpassed anywhere else in the country.

Ross Castle

Dating back to the late 15th century, Ross Castle features a fortified bawn and curtain walls defended by flanking circular towers. The castle has a lengthy and bloody history and benefits from one of the most spectacular settings of a castle in Ireland, standing on the shore of Killarney's Lower Lake.
