Shenzhen weather

With a subtropical climate, Shenzhen experiences mild weather with plenty of sunshine and rainfall year round. Summer usually lasts as long as 6 months, but without being overly hot. In comparison, winter is very short and not particularly cold.

However, the city is susceptible to typhoons. Most typhoons occur from May to December with the strongest from July to September.

6 Nights Mission Hills Golf Package

This 6-night golf vacation at Shenzhen Mission Hills Golf Resort is the perfect introduction to golf in China. The large resort complex consists of 3 clubhouses in total. You will be based in the Dongguan section of the resort. This particular Chinese golf package includes 5 rounds of golf, (includes the Olazabal Course and World Cup Course) and return transfers from Hong Kong to the Mission Hills Resort.

World Cup Course – This Jack Nicklaus designed course that was completed in 1994 was the first in China to be accredited by the US PGA for major competitions. Players such as Tiger Woods and Greg Norman have previously played here, and it’s been described as ‘One of Asia’s best golf experiences.’

Olazabal Course – Designed by Jose Maria Olazabal, this course is said to be one of the hardest courses at the Club making it perfect for golfers who really want to test themselves. The course boasts some fantastic natural scenery, with jungle and natural streams providing a perfect backdrop as you make your way around the course.

3 Nights Mission Hills Golf Package

This package is a condensed version of the 6-night golf tour and includes 3 rounds of golf including the World Cup Course and Olazabal Course. Golf Explorer recommends this package to people who only have time for a short golf break or want to savour the Chinese golf experience as part of a wider holiday to the region.
